There were 4 of us and one person was supposed to sleep on the couch. We didn’t get a pillow or blanket for the person on the couch so 3 of us had to sleep on one bed. There was a person that lives in the building and his job is taking care of the apartments, we didn’t ask him anything because he didn’t know croatian or english. The soap in the bathroom was mixed with water so it was not usable. The neighbors were also really loud, we were sharing a terrace. We got a discount from airbnb, and for that cheaper price it was okay, we just went to party, but for the full price not worth it.

An sich war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Schöne ruhige Lage mit einem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Das einzige Problem war eine etwas fehlende Sauberkeit und stellenweise Schimmel in der Wohnung.

La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione, letteralmente a 5 min dal lungomare di Novalia e a 7 min da ogni tipo di servizio (supermercato, tabacchi, ristorante, farmacia). Lo staff è accogliente e disponibile h24 se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Purtroppo la nota di demerito riguarda la pulizia: le lenzuola erano sporche, così come il bagno e il lavello. In doccia c’erano dei capelli e lo scopettino wc era molto sporco (eviterei dettagli). Tuttavia una volta comunicato allo staff, questi hanno subito rimediato pulendo in prima persona e scusandosi molto.

Very very dirty: very strong smell of cigarettes and alcohol, opened alcool bottles in the fridge and very strange liquid everywhere in the fridge, place no vacuumed at all, toilets totally dirty We spent 1 hour cleaning when we arrived. Very difficult to communicate with the person in the building because he was not speaking in English Difficulty to park the car some days because of to many cars We tried to find an arrangement or another room cleaner, but the host didn’t propose nothing. Very disappointed Will definitively not recommend

io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate bene nell' appartamento di Mihajlo, sono sempre stati disponibili quando ne avevamo bisogno. l'appartamento è buono e la posizione è molto comoda. L'unica cosa avremmo gradito trovare l'appartamento un po' più pulito rispetto a come l'abbiamo trovato. ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

La posizione molto buona, alcuni elettrodomestici non funzionavano al 100% (due fornelli su 4 e il forno non andava) però in complesso era più che sufficiente. Da precisare l'assistenza fantastica di Filip (l'host) che si è comportato super bene e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio dandoci consigli e essendo sempre disponibile.

Die Kommunikation & der Gastgeber sind wirklich super. Wir wurden nett empfangen & Mihajlo war immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist super. Was die Sauberkeit & Hygiene angeht, muss noch etwas nachgeholfen werden. Super tolle Gastgeber:)

Fran a Filipo, místní ubytovatelé dokonalí přátelští a otevření konverzaci i požadavkům hostů. Poskytnuto nám bylo, maximální výkon sporáku, potažmo plynová bomba k poloelekrickemu sporáku. Moc děkujeme. Čisté jednoduché vybavení. Klidná lokalita s skvělou dostupností centra města. Bezpečné parkování. A jen jeden problém viz co se nelíbilo

Boravak u apartmanu u Novalji bio je izvanredan. Lokacija je savršena, blizu plaže i centra grada. Apartman je bio čist, udoban i dobro opremljen, s prekrasnim pogledom na more s balkona.
